Friendship

This quote comes from my old school days diary. May be i must have noted it down in around 90's. 

Friendship is the only 'Ship' with which one can reach other's thoughts and dreams. It is a two way street; if it 's not fed from both sides, it will atrophy. To dissolve loneliness we need friends and to have friends we need humility. A friend is not an object to be possessed but a subject to be cherished.

जीवन आंकलन

एक २३ वर्षीय सुन्दर युवती
दिन के उजाले में
जिसकी आँखें सूर्य के समान चमकती हैं
जिसकी हंसी से
सारा जग रोशन हो जाता है
जिसके अनेकों दोस्त है
जिसे पागलों की तरह चाहने वाला
एक प्रेमी है
किसी दिन वो भी ब्याह के
एक बड़ी घर में जाने का सपना संजोये है
जिस तरह वो अपने पिता के घर में
उनके साये पली बढी है
एक दिन वो अपनी पढाई पूरी कर
अपनी मनपसंद नौकरी करना चाहती है
या फिर अपनी पढाई पूर्ण कर
एक सजीले नौजवान के साथ
अपना जीवन व्यतीत करना चाहती है
जिसके साथ वो सदा सुखी रहे खुश रहे
उसके खूबसूरत संतान हो
और वो उन्हें पूरे दिल से चाहे
समय बीतने के साथ वो दादी बने, पड़दादी बने
और जब अंतिम समय आये
तब वो शांति के साथ
अपने प्यारे जीवन साथी के पास लेटे हुए
पञ्च तत्व में विलीन हो जाये
यही एक स्त्री की संपूर्ण जिंदगी की सोच होती है

इसके विपरीत पीड़ित

एक २३ वर्षीय युवती
चांदनी में चमकती सर्द रात में
रुदन करते हुए
अपनी तरह टूटी हुई और
मिथ्या मुस्कराहट लिए
एक दम अकेली
कुछ अनजान दरिंदों के बीच
एक अनिश्चित मानसिकता के साथ
संघर्ष करती है
अब वो बड़ा घर एक खालीपन से
भर गया है
सपने चूर चूर हो गए हैं
समाज में दूसरों की मुस्कराहटों को देख
उससे अपनी पुरानी जिंदगी का एहसास होता है
अब कोई राजकुमार नहीं है
जिसे वो सब कुछ सौंपना चाहती थी
जो उससे छिन गया है
उसके वो सुन्दर बच्चे अब नहीं होंगे
अब उसका वो चकना चूर दिल
कभी जुड नहीं पायेगा
वह अपनी माँ से कभी कह नहीं पायेगी
के उनकी वो परिपूर्ण और निपुण बेटी
हमेशा के लिए कहीं खो गई
वह सदा के लिए समाप्त हो चुकी है
अब सिर्फ एक शव समान रह गई है
उन लोगों ने उससे सब कुछ छीन लिया
और अब वो एक परछाई है जो कभी वो हुआ करती थी
उससे सब कुछ छिन्न चुका है
उसकी मुस्कान, उसकी जवानी और उसकी संपूर्ण जिंदगी

रात के कुछ लम्हे

रात के कुछ लम्हे हैं 

जिन्हें भुलाया नहीं है 

दफनाया भी नहीं है

जो छूट गए हैं 

माज़ी की यादों में

या छोड़ दिए हैं  

उन गुज़री राहों पर 

जिन पर साथ चले थे कभी 

किये थे कुछ कसमे वादे

भूल गए जो अब हम तुम ..

रात के कुछ लम्हे हैं 

जिन्हें बनाया नहीं है 

सजाया भी नहीं है

जो शामिल होंगे शायद 

कल की उन यादों में 

जो बन सितारे बिछ जायेंगे 

आने वाली रातों में 

जिन राहों पर साथ चलेंगे हम तुम 

लेकर नई आशाएं ...

बलात्कार

दिल्ली में घटित एक घिनोनी घटना पर मेरा रोष कुछ इस तरह ज़ाहिर हो रहा है ।

बलात्कार
एक दहशतपूर्ण शब्द
एक डरावना सच
पर जब यह किसी के साथ घटता है
तब और भी ज्यादा भयानक, दहशतपूर्ण और डरावना
बन जाता है

आप सबने इससे फिल्मों में होते देखा होगा
लड़का लड़की पार्टी में मिले
कुछ जाम छलके
दोनों नशे में धुत्त
लड़का लड़की को बहला कर ऊपर ले गया
लड़की नहीं चाहती थी
पर लड़के को इससे कोई मतलब नहीं था
उससे बस वही करना था जो वो चाहता था

मैं ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं कहता
के ऐसा नहीं होता
क्योकि यह सब होता है
असलियत में भी
पर हर दफा यदि वो आपका कोई करीबी, दोस्त या मंगेतर हों तब ?
जो आपसे बदसुलूकी करता है
बलात्कार करता है

वो आपको अँधेरे में दबोच लेते हैं
गाडी में खीच लेते हैं
सड़क पर , बस में, कमरे में भीच लेते हैं
आपको अकेला पाकर
घात लगा कर आप पर हमला बोल देते हैं
क्योंकि भेडिये ऐसे ही शिकार करते हैं

फिर वो कोशिश करता है
आप वही सोचे जो वो चाह रहा है
वो आपको चूमता है गालों पर
वो आपको चूमता है गर्दन पर
फिर उसके अंदर का जानवर जाग जाता है
और वो सब कुछ करने लगता है
जो उससे नहीं करना चाहियें
क्योंकि जानवर ऐसा ही करते हैं
पर जबतक आपको समझ आता है
के यह हो क्या रहा है
तब तक बहुत देर हो चुकी होती है

आप चिल्लाती हैं
"नहीं नहीं!
ऐसा मत करो!
रुक जाओ!
मुझे यह नहीं चाहियें!
रुक जाओ!
पर
वो अपने हाथ से आपका मुंह बंद कर देता है
जिससे आपकी चीखें कोई सुन का सके
आप संघर्ष करती हो वो आपसे कहीं ज्यादा
ताकतवर है
वो जो चाहता है करता रहता है

एक बार वो सब कुछ कर लेता है
वो आपको छोड देता है
आप किसी तरह उठ खड़ी होती हैं
अपने अस्त व्यस्त कपडे बिजली की तेज़ी से ठीक करती हैं
सांस लेने की कोशिश कर रही होती हैं
तभी
"अगर किसी से कुछ कहा तो आगे इससे भी बुरा होगा"

आप बाहर आती हैं
अपनी गाडी में बैठ कर
दुगनी तेज रफ़्तार के साथ
सीधा अपने घर पहुच जाती हैं
सबसे पहले झट से आप
अपने स्नान गृह में जाती हैं
और शोवर के नीचे खड़ी हो जाती हैं
जिससे आप उसकी गंध को अपने से
अलग कर सकें

घंटा भर नहाने के बाद आप
रोना शुरू करती हैं
आपको विश्वास नहीं होता
यह जो कुछ भी आपके साथ घटा
वो सच था या नहीं
आप अपने आप से कहती हैं
"कैसे! वो सबसे प्यारा इंसान था जिसे मैं जानती थी....आदि इत्यादि"
और आप एक शब्द भी नहीं बोल पाती

अगले दिन
वो आपको फिर मिलता है
स्कूल में, कॉलेज में, ऑफिस में
सड़क पर, बस में, बस स्टैंड पर
आपकी ओर देखकर मुस्कराता है
आँख मरता है
आप उससे आँख चुराकर, घबराकर
दूसरी दिशा में भागने की कोशिश करती हैं
वो आपका पीछा करता है
और आपका हाथ पकड़ लेता है और फिर
कसकर चिपटने की कोशिश करता है
आप चिल्लाती हैं, "दूर हटो! नहीं तो मैं सबको बता दूंगी!"
वो आपके कानो में कुछ घिनोने शब्द कहता है
"मुझे पता है, तुम्हे वो सब अच्छा लगा था"
आप फिर से चिल्लाती हैं,
"नहीं, नहीं, मुझे अच्छा नहीं लगा! तुमने मेरा बलात्कार किया है!"

आसपास सभी आप दोनों की तरफ देखने लगते हैं
वो आपको छोड कर भागने की कोशिश करता है
पर सभी लोग उससे पकड़ कर उसकी पिटाई और अच्छे से धुलाई कर देते हैं

आँखों में आंसू लिए,
नाक और गाल लाल किये, आप
धीरे से कहती हैं, "और मारो, और मारो, जान ले लो इसकी"
फिर सभी उसे दबोच कर, बेतहाशा उसकी पिटाई करते हैं
आप जोर जोर से रोते रोते
ज़मीन पर गिरते एक एक आंसू के साथ
आगे बढ़ जाती हैं

और तब वो पल आता है
जब आपको एहसास होता है
ये तो किसी के भी साथ हो सकता है
किसी भी लड़की के साथ
कोई भी लड़का
किसी भी पार्टी, सड़क या किसी भी जगह

अगर यह बात आप बीती की बजाये
जब बीती से सीख ली जाए
और सतर्क हो जाया जाये
तो ज्यादा बेहतर होगा
होगा के नहीं ?
वो आपको सोचना होगा
ज़रा सोचें ???

उसने सोचा न था

उसने सोचा न था
जो भी उस पल हुआ
वो चिल्लाती रही
वो रोती रही
छोड दो छोड दो
वो भडिया न रुका
वो भेडिया न थमा
वो पुकारती रही
मदद करो मदद करो
वो दरिंदे सभी
राक्षस थे कहीं
दू:शासन थे वो तो
वो बढते रहे
वो चढ़ते रहे

जिंदगी थमेगी यूँही

इंसान गिर जायेगा

वो खोती रही
उसने खोना जो था
खून में लथपथ थी वो

रक्त भी न थमा
वो भी बहता रहा
उसने सोचा न था
वो छोड कर के उसे
ऐसी हालत में ही
गायब हो गए
ऐसी धुंध में कहीं
सुबह जागी तो वो
पर कभी भूली नहीं
वो रात न थी
एक सूली थी वो
जिसपे झूली थी वो
जिंदगी साथ ले गई
एक दर्द दे गई
उम्र भर के लिए
उसने सोचा न था

ज़रा सोचिये

इटालियन बाई का राज है और ऐसी छोटी मोटी वारदातें तो होती ही रहती हैं बड़े बड़े देशों में | बलात्कार, डकैती, मर पिटाई और भी न जाने क्या क्या सब आम बातें हैं | इनकी जड़ सिर्फ एक है निकम्मे और नाकारा नेता, भ्रष्ट शासन तंत्र और जनता जिसे इन सूअरों की गुलामी की आदत पड़ चुकी है | औरों को दोष देने से कुछ नहीं बदलेगा जब तक सभ्य और शिक्षित समाज आगे आकर अपने हक के लिए नहीं लड़ेगा और सही सरकार को चुनेगा | जिस सरकार में चोर उचक्के, डकैत, बलात्कारी, कातिल और माफिया के लोग भरे हो आप ऐसी सरकार के राज में ऐसी छोटी मोटी वारदातों के बारे में क्या तो सवाल करेंगे और क्या ही आप को जवाब मिलेगा | ज़रा सोचिये और आगे आने वाले चुनावों में सही को चुनिए | अपने हक के लिए आवाज़ बुलंद कीजिये |

दिल्ली की लड़कियों के साथ साथ सभी नारी जाती से मेरा निवेदन है के अब दब्बू बन कर चुप बैठने का समय गया | आप अपने पुर्से में हमेशा एक मिर्ची का स्प्रे, एक छोटा चाकू और एक कर्रेंट वाला छोटा हथियार ले कर चलें जिससे ज़रूरत पड़ने पर आप उसका उपयोंग अपनी रक्षा के लिए कर सकें | आज ज़रूरत है अपनी मदद अपने आप करने की | आत्म रक्षा के लिए आज युद्ध कौशल में पारंगत होना अनिवार्य है | मेरी गुज़ारिश है स्कूल में पढ़ने वाली छात्राओं से, कॉलेज जाने वाली लड़कियों से के कम से कम और कुछ नहीं तो आप लोग थोड़ी बहुत युद्ध कौशल तो ज़रूर सीखें चाहे वो कोई सा भी क्यों न हो | ये शिक्षा मेरी सोच के हिसाब से तो हर जगह अनिवार्य होनी चाहियें खास तौर पर लड़कियों के लिए |

भाषण देना, धरने देना, प्रोटेस्ट मार्च निकलना, मोर्चे करने से कुछ नहीं होगा अब ज़माना है भगत सिंह का, चंद्र शेखर आजाद का , उधम सिंह का | जब तक इस बहरी सरकार के कान पर एक ज़बरदस्त धमाका नहीं होगा तब तक इसके कान पर जू नहीं रेंगेगी | मेरी राय मैं तो इन बलात्कारियों जैसे भेदियों को हाथ के हाथ मौत की सजा होनी चाहियें वो भी जिसके साथ यह अभद्र व्यव्हार हुआ है उसी के हाथों | आप सबकी क्या सोच है इसके बारे में बताएं ?

Am I Lovable?

Why do we love someone else? What makes us do that?

While we constantly crib about the fact that no one loves me, how much thought we give about why would someone do it. What is so special or what have I done to make me worthy of affection.

Let’s take a look at examples close by.

All of us love and adore our children, Why?

1. They are made by nature that way. Cute little faces, tiny hands and feet, speech that makes you smile and a smile that just melts your heart like ice cream.
2. They never lie. Say things as they are. You can trust them.
3. You feel strong and they look vulnerable – physically and emotionally. One feels like its their duty and God’s will to protect them.
4. If they like you they like you from their heart. If they don’t they will make it obvious with reasons. If you can improve and change you can be their friend.
5. They never hold anything for a long time. One moment they will fight and the next moment they will be ready to play and laugh and run with you.
6. They know nothing about jealousy, greed, hatred, contempt. We call it innocence but isn’t it natural for us to feel that way. If you really look at it these are absolutely unnecessary appendages to our mind.
7. They are always ready to take help as they are always ready to offer it.

As we grow up we loose many of these simple yet powerful reasons so people can adore and like us. The worst part is that instead of consciously working on making ourselves child like we do just the opposite. In the name of growing up and being worldly wise we do everything that we do not want others to. And then we complain.

If you carefully observe a large part of the responsibility even power to make people love us lies with us.

1. We hate everyone around us and then wonder why it’s coming back.
2. Look at others with deceit and contempt. Lie at the drop of a hat.
3. Do not want to take help. Do not want to give it either.
4. In marriage we treat our partner with disrespect. Hurt to the extent of being revengeful. Take each other for granted.
5. Hold our feelings as if it is the most important thing to die with a negative emotion or may be it helps you to live longer. Absolutely Wrong.
6. Ridicule, Gossip and Make Fun to alleviate our own insecurity.
7. Blame others to hide our guilt.
8. Almost never use our heart. The tiny calculator keeps working non stop even if it is the closest of relationship.

I have two angles in my life, actually my lifeline and I have been observing their behavior with us, with others and with each other. What I have found is that whatever they do, they do it with spontaneity, with a natural flow. They are so happy with themselves that you want to enter their world to forget what you have been doing to others or what others have been doing to you.

I have come to realize that it is a mechanism that nature has adopted to ensure growth of species since we can observe a similar behavior in almost all other life forms. If it was not so we would have competed with our own off springs.

Just as you need to be employable to be employed, you need to be lovable to be loved.

So next time you feel that you are getting a raw deal or why no one really loves you ask yourself a question – Am I lovable ?

Life is a 'Beauty', worship it

इस रसहीन जगत में

एक ममत्व का रस
शोरगुल में
खोया जाता है
माँ से या बच्चे से ?
नहीं जानती मैं
नहीं जानती
अधिकारों में
या
कर्त्तव्य की बेदी
पर मैं
खुद भी
आंसू लिए
खोजती हूँ
अपने ममत्व को
आशीर्वाद भरे
उस आलिंगन को
ममता के
उस हाथ को
जो फेरा था
कभी उसके सर पर
उस सिहरन को
जो मेरे लाल के

आती थी

जिसकी याद में
ये जीवन एक तड़प

The Art of Bunking

From the curstal of my yester years i came across this article which i feel every student will like. It describes the art of bunking the classes, school, college and that each and every place where kids don't find things that can catch their attention and bound their hearts to follow the applied rules. They just like to bunk from that place and enjoy their life to its fullest. So here comes the article :

Suffering under the yoke of dictatorship of the teachers and the unbearable educational policy of the Indian Government, the students have little or no option but to 'Bunk'. This is an art which is developed only in the courageous minds with strong will power. 

History
It is generall believed that bunking startedin abot 3000 B.C. with man learning how to count on an ABACUS. In later years, with innovations, inventions and technological know-how, it became more and more popular and spread throughout the world. Recently, it covered the small but prestigious school like mine 'Vidhyapeeth'. It even made headlines in the 'ASYLUM TIMES - BUNKING STRIKES VIDHYAPEETH'.

Conditions

1. Teacher present in class.
2. Period si educational. 
3. Full knowledge of class conditions to bunker. 
4. There should be ready made excuses.
5. Excuses should be convincing

Advantages

1. Pressure on desks and chairs i.e. school property is reduced.
2. Tension of teachers is reduced.
3. Bunking is economical - Paper and other stationary is saved thus the national income is increased.
4. A healthy approach - As students remain fresh and always on the move. 
5. Promotes friendship and fraternity among those who bunk or want to bunk. 

Disadvantages

1. None
2. Can't think of any
3. I don't know
4. None, What-so-ever

एक बूँद : जीवन

एक बूँद
सागर से अलग
अपने अस्तित्व को बनाने
निकली सागर से दूर पर
बूँद बूँद ही रह गई
न बना सकी वह
उस तरह के
सागर को
न भुला सकी
अपने सागर को
दूर आकर ही
उसे एहसास हुआ
की वह वापस
सागर में जाकर
मिलना भी चाहे तो
दूर हो चुकी है वह
अब कुछ जिनसे वह
अलग होकर कुछ अपने
को बनाने की चाह में थी
बूँद बूँद ही रही
अब चाह कर भी वह
सागर में नहीं जा सकती
क्योंकि वह बूँद
सागर से दूर
विष की या अमृत की
उसमें जाकर
सागर को दूषित
नहीं करना चाहती
बूँद बूँद ही रहना चाहती है
अपने उतावलेपन के लिए
या ईश्वर के कोप को
या भाग्य की विडंबना को
नहीं जान सकती
पर सागर-सा वह घर
सागर-सा घर का वह सपना
जो उसने संजोया था
टूट गया
अब सब कुछ उस से छूट गया
अब बूँद आँखों में
अब बूँद मन में
अब बूँद मस्तिष्क में
रहेगी जीवन पर्यन्त
क्योंकि जीवन बूँद की तरह
सागर से अलग
ईश्वर की रचना
जिसके मिटने पर
नया नाम
नया ढंग
नया रूप
नया आकार
ग्रहण करना होगा
सागर की, नदी की, तालाब की
एक बूँद
पानी है पानी क्यों नहीं
कहते हैं हम
क्यों नया नाम मिलता है
कोई नहीं जानता
इस भूल भुलैया को
एक भटकन को, जो
मन मस्तिष्क को
सदा सदा
कुरेदती रहेगी
कभी सागर में जाकर
कभी नदी में
कभी तालाब में
अपने को खोजती रहेगी

वह बूँद...

WANNA PUFF? HERE ARE THE FACTS

An article that i wrote for my school magazine during my golden days of life. Now i think did i myself followed this? I also used to smoke around 7-8 years back but somehow i realized my mistake and corrected it. I talked about the number of deaths in 2012. So see, I just found my diary in 2012 merely just to read this article and find out if the percentage of deaths have increased or decreased. Or just to make myself realize what i was actually and later on what i have become. I myself made that mistake of taking up this habit of smoking but God gave me enough mental strength and power that i could leave that bad habit. I request to all my fellow friends and blog readers who smoke that please try to quit smoking. It just only "KILLS".

"When a Cigarette is in my Hand, I felt like a Man"

These enchanting lines have enravished the minds of present generation. They are gradually putting a full stop to their lives by inhaling this pure unadulterated poision. 

Had a smoke lately? Were you able to impress your friends? Do you really felt the same? Yes?

But did they realise that what you have enjoyed will lead you towards the path of erebus. If they really had been your friends they would have turned away in disgust. 

"The longest and painful way to committing 'Suicide' is 'Smoking'". It gradually engulfs the entire internal body organs and slowly burns them up in smoke leaving just a hollow exterior.

As for the future, by the time you are seeking for a job, most of the big companies, specially government owned ones, would have banned smoking in their offices and if you happen to be enslaved by smoking then your placement choices would be very limited. 

Well, by the time being with about fifteen year history of smoking when you attain thirty five of your life your lungs would be in a pretty hazardous condition suffering from royal diseases like tuberculosis, asthma, bronchitis, high blood pressure and a weakened heart. After a twenty year experience degree in smoking, after a decade at the age of forty five you will be accompanied  by wheezing and at regular intervals you would be coughing. As you step forward after your golden jubilee you will be spending your time being shunted between hospitals, x-ray labs and pathology labs.

All these years you will be murdering your dear ones too by forcing them to be a passive smoker as they inhale the second hand smoke.

Most probably you started smoking as a fashion trend, to attract your friends, to catch attention or were feeling lonely or to prove that you were grown up or might be any other one. But all these are signs of inferiority complex and an insecure mind. 

According to the latest survey covered by the "National Organization for Tobacco Eradication" the number of deaths due to smoking will increase from 10 lakhs to 30 lakhs by the year 2012. That will conquer that caused by the disease AIDS.

Recently a journal published that the profits made by the tobacco merchants during the year 1986-87 were just 4% that has increased to 29% in 1996-97. This is due to the new policies and rebates that were given to the cigarette manufacturers. The annual tax collection from this source is around 4500 crores. Can our country work without this income? I feel it can. 

So, at last but not the least I would like to say that never ever try to smoke, even on an experimental basis. But if you have become addicted to it immediately leave it by adopting substitutes like chocolates (then take care of your teeth) or chewing gums. Alternately you can chain yourself to a bed to be out of reach of cigarettes. 

Remember, smoking does not allow to eviate your worries only agravates them.

एक चोट
एक पीड़ा
तुम्हारे मन
मस्तिष्क में
सदा ही रहेगी
क्योंकि तुम्हारे
धारा प्रवाह
जीवन में
एक पत्थर

Theme for a Dream

One more poem written during the yester years of school days. Don't exactly remember the date now. Might be in 1998 or so. 

I sit down to write...
Gosh ! I don't have to fight!
Drowned in the pool of imagination, 
I feel fright; pain, futility, 
Everything, but inspiration!

Prosperity seems so far...
Whimpering over the far pavilions, 
For poverty is all pervading, and above par;
a smile weighed against a lifetime, 
as for tears, even a life is so little a time!

I think about health...
And chide myself, for inacccessible is that wealth, 
Failing everywhere, not leaving
Any trace anywhere
Distancing itself from this realm of reality!

The darkness deepens...
Time runs out, the day is out;
Human efforts counts not, and neither does luck...
The sun was so pale, the moon so frail, 
No guiding light!

I have now attained such a state;
In front of me, Happiness lies prostrate, 
Despair, Erect with it s welcoming bondage
Disillusioned; I need a theme 
even for a 'DREAM'!

The Newspaper - 1997

Early in the morning with the tea
You are holding it in your hand
Reading it 
You will have an idea
Of happenings of different lands
Formed with the letters N, E, W, S --
North, East, West and South
On reading it with full concentration 
You can pass all the examinations
It talks of political leaders in action
And contains good news of sports too 
State of affairs of the ocuntry
And the work which citizens do 
It is this good Newspaper
Which everyone must read 
For sharp general knowledge
anyone can surely trust

My School - Class XI

A poem written about my school, class and friends. Those were the best days of my life. Still miss my class XI - XII and all my friends.

I study in Vidhyapeeth 
But i feel everybody there is stupeed
There are nice and beautiful teachers 
But they are more or less preachers
My principal is nice 
But i always have to wish him 'Good Morning' twice
I'm in class eleven 
I always think my class is a heaven 
My seat is in the middle 
So i don't have to fiddle
My partner is always sitting on my lap
I feel like giving him a tight slap
We don't have any monitor
Otherwise he would have been a man eater
My best friend's name is 'Choty'
And he always seems to be naughty
We have eight classes
So, most of the time i have to wear glasses
I am nearly always taking a rest
But i like my school and its the best

School Function Speech - 1997

14th November 1997, Children's day speech for school function. Today, when i was reading it and just thinking about it, a small question just striked my mind, was it all worth ? was it all true ? did our education system and the preaching were based on facts from the history or everything was just rubbish ? I don't have answers for these question now. But in those times here is what i used to think seriously but as the time passes by the mode of thinking changes. That's what i have realized so far. 

So here goes the speech :)

Today is Children's Day i.e. the birthdate of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, first Prime Minister of free India. The whole world is very excited today not only the children but the elders too. Functions must being organised at every level of the society and each class will enjoy the happiness of this day according to his caliber. But i am not at all participating in any of these happenings and feel myself neglecting my duties towards the nation. But i can't do anything because i am really full of complexes inside me. Whenever i thought of doing something my complex comes against me and grabs my feet so that i could fall morally and changes my mind due to the compression of my feelings and thoughts that are always negative in nature. Yes i am really a negative thinker. 

I just want to come out of this problem and i have tried many times but i am overpowered by my heart. I don't know why i listen to my heart than my mind. 

I don't know what will i do in my future but i know that i and my house mates are ruining my present life. 

Oh God ! Please show me the path on whcih i could get the goal of my life and attain the power of self confidence which is not at all present in my attitude. 

I am really feeling very sad and helpless because i am getting bored while sitting at home and just getting glued to the TV set from morning till my eyes and mind becomes tired to bear it any more. 

I don't know which way i should go. I have become a 'Trishanku' who is fastened between the earth and the sky. 

So, please God show me the orbit on which i could revolve on to achieve my sky of success and touch the sun.

खोया खोया

मेरा एक और पुराना चमत्कार .... हा हा हा... आज इससे पढता हूँ तो बेहद हंसी आती है क्योंकि यह कविता नतीजा थी मेरे और मेरे कुछ दोस्तों के दिमाग में उपजे एक ख्याल का जो की सारी जिंदगी ख्वाब बनकर ही रह गया | किस्सा यूँ है के एक लड़की हुआ करती थी हमारी क्लास में और मुझे बेहद पसंद भी थी | अब आपको तो सब पता है के दिल तो बच्चा है जी तो फिर बस उस लड़की को पटाने की हर मुमकिन कोशिशें होने लग गईं | परन्तु शुरू में तो हर प्रयास विफल रहे फिर धीरे धीरे उनसे जान पहचान बढी और दोस्ती का दौर शुरू हुआ पर जैसे आपको पता है उन दिनों क्या होता था और दोस्त कैसे होते थे | टांग खीचने में नम्बर एक | तो फिर क्या था हम भी ठहरे अपनी खोपड़ी से अलबेले चढ गए बांस पर और शुरू कर दिये नए नए ख्वाब बुनने | दोस्तों द्वारा भाभी भाभी का संबोधन सुन सुन कर मस्त हो जाते और स्वपन लोक में विचरण करने निकल पडते | उसी किसी एक विहार के दौरान यह कविता लिखी गई थी | लिखने के पीछे जो सोच थी वोह यह थी के यारों को यह सुनायेंगे और अपना वर्चस्व स्थापित करेंगे अपने गुट में | और यह भी पूर पूरा आभास था के कोई न कोई मित्र जाके अपनी भाभी को इस कविता के बारे में बतला ज़रूर देगा | क्योंकि दोस्ती जितनी अच्छी होती है उतना ही ज्यादा कमीनापन आपस में होता है | तो उसी कमीनपने कोई ध्यान में रखते हुए यह रचना कर डाली - "जस्ट टू इम्प्रेस दा फ्र्न्ड्स एंड दैट गर्ल"....और हुआ एक दम उल्टा...यारों न उसने हाँ कही और न न कही और जो थोड़ी बहुत यारी दोस्ती थी वोह भी जाती रही समय के साथ | खैर अपने तो मलंग थे और मलंग हैं  कौन आया कौन गया कुछ सोचते नहीं - बस जिंदगी जीना सीखा है तो जी रहे हैं | तो आइये पढ़िए मेरे सपनो में लिखी गई दास्ताँ और आनंद लीजिए -

आज कल मैं खोया खोया रहता हूँ
वो भी कुछ खोई खोई रहती है
मैं उससे कुछ कहना चाहता हूँ
वोह भी कुछ कुछ कहना चाहती है
लेकिन बीच में है एक दीवार
खुद से ही किये कुछ प्रश्नों की बौछार
वो मुझे क्या समझती है ?
कैसा समझती है ?
क्या वो मुझसे मुहब्बत करती है ?
क्या वो भी दिल ही दिल में मुझपर मरती है ?
मैंने भी देखा है
उससे कुछ सोचते हुए
मुझसे झिझकते हुए
लेकिन मैं समझ नहीं पाता
के यह इंकार है या इकरार
इसलिए ही
शायद इसलिए
मैं सोया सोया रहता हूँ
दिन रात उसी के सपनो में
बस खोया खोया  रहता हूँ
बस वो भी इसी तरह
ख्वाबों में खोई खोई रहती हो
इल्तजा है रब से के वो भी
मेरी तरह गम-ए-जुदाई सहती हो
पर क्या मैं भी हूँ उसके सपनो में ?
क्या मैं ही हूँ उसके दिल में ?
यह जान नहीं पता हूँ मैं
इसलिए मैं खोया खोया रहता हूँ

आज भी यह कविता पढ़ी तो सारा मंज़र आखों के सामने घूम गया | शायद मेरी तरह और भी बहुत से लोग होंगे जिनके साथ कुछ इसी तरह का वाकया हुआ होगा | शायद इस कविता के माध्यम से मैं अपने आप को उनके साथ जोड़ पाउँगा और वोह मेरे साथ जुड पाएंगे |
